This guide is designed to streamline the onboarding process for new resellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. By collecting essential information early in the process, we can expedite the approval and setup for resellers to begin offering our products.

Information Required from Resellers​

To begin the onboarding process, please ensure that the following information is collected from prospective resellers:

  1. Store Links: Links to their online store or platform where they plan to sell our products.

  2. Discord: Their Discord username or server link, if applicable, for communication and support purposes.

  3. Media Outlet: Any websites, social media accounts, or other media outlets they will use to promote our products.

  4. Monolith Username: The reseller's username on Monolith, for account verification and setup.

Process for Support Team​

  1. Collect Information:

    • When contacted by a prospective reseller, kindly request the above-mentioned information to proceed with their onboarding.

  2. Mention @Monolith for Escalation:

    • After collecting the required information, mention @Monolith in your communication to escalate the reseller's application for further review and approval.
    • Assure the reseller that they will be contacted with the next steps or any additional requirements by @Monolith.
