Close Anti-Cheat
The "Close Anti-Cheat" error occurs when our software detects that certain anti-cheat programs are running. To ensure smooth operation, these programs need to be closed. This guide will help you resolve this error by closing the necessary anti-cheat programs.
Easy Anticheat (EAC)
If you are getting this error then it's most likely due to having Rust running while launching the loader, to run our client's you must ensure Rust is closed.
To resolve this you must close Rust, either close it manually or follow these steps to close it forcefully with task manager.
- Open Task Manager, ctrl + shift + esc
- Navigate to "processes"
- Find the process RustClient
- Then select End Task
This will end Rust's process ultimately closing Easy Anticheat.
Vanguard Anticheat Valorant
Valorants intrusive Anticheat is built to run in the background even when your not playing, We must close this in-order for our software to function correctly.
Follow these steps to stop the Vangaurd kernel service from running.
Firstly, we will need to launch the Windows command prompt.
Then enter the following command.
sc stop vgk
You can then verify the drive has been stopped by entering the following command. In this example the service is still running
sc query vgk
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the "Close Anti-Cheat" error and use our software without interruptions.
